Textile production may seem straightforward from the outside, but in reality, there are numerous hurdles to overcome. We're here to shoulder that burden and help you turn your ideas into reality, whether it's related to clothing manufacturing, the effectiveness of your concept, business plan development, design, or creating your online store.
Here's an overview of our customer inquiry and ordering process:
1. Customer Inquiry:
We process customer inquiries based on technical details, size charts, images, and fabric and pattern samples. If customers lack sufficient details, we create quotes based on images or sample examples. We maintain constant communication with our customers regarding fabric selection and clarification of various details.
2. Cost Estimate:
We provide an individual, non-binding cost estimate within 3-5 business days. If you choose to entrust us with manufacturing, the sample production follows.
3. Sample Production:
Sample production is carried out for a fixed fee, which is refunded or credited for orders of 500 pieces or more. Depending on the product, you will receive the samples within 7-21 days after payment of the sample fee. Please note that in exceptional cases (fabric availability), samples may not be produced in your preferred color.
4. Revision and Adjustment:
After receiving the samples, further modification requests are possible, and we make additional adjustments as needed.
5. Detailed Quotation:
You will receive a detailed quotation.
6. Ordering Process:
Upon written authorization and sample approval by the customer, we commence production according to the agreed terms and deliver the products.
